A picturesque fishing village known for its colorful houses, active harbor known as "The Gut," and historic sites.  Home of Quidi Vidi Brewery, beer is made from the water of 20,000 year old ice bergs.  Visit the Artisan Studios.

Signal Hill

Strategic placement overlooking the city & the narrows - the only entrance to the harbour, fortifications date back to the mid 17th century.  It is the site of the first wireless transmission sent from Cornwall England to St Johns in 1901

Cabot Tower

Situated on Signal Hill, constructed to commeratate John Cabot  landing here in 1497. Primarily used for flag signatlling, lots of military history. Climb to the top of the tower for an amazing view.
