NOTE: PRICING - Due to situations beyond our control, including but not limited to the rising costs of fuel, wages, food, entry fees, 2 years of a pandemic- world situations including conflicts and war - prices as shown may increase. Should such an increase be made by the tour operators, you will be notified and can choose to cancel any tour where the price changes.
How do I receive my booking confirmation and tickets?
Shortly after you reserve a tour, you will receive an e-mail noting the tours reserved and the total cost. Details as to where and when to meet, tickets and other information will be available on your ticket which can be printed from the website closer to sail date.
How do I know where to meet for tours?
All details will be available on your tickets which you can print from your online account closer to sail date.
When should I reserve my shore excursion?
Some tours book up fast, well in advance of the tour date. Its recommended you reserve your tours as far in advanceas possible.
Can I request front seats on a bus / coach?
Each bus whill have several rows reserved for guests with accessibility needs and or motion sickness. Front row seats are not guaranteed and each tour will vary depending on guests requiring same.
What do shore excursions include?
Shore excursions include transportation according to the itinerary, it may include meals, refreshments, guides, and entrance fees, all will beindicated in each of the tour descriptions.
Some tours list many highlights. Do we stop at all of them? What is included in cost?
A tour will have a specific scheduled itinerary and caninclude various types of highlights. Time does not necessarily permit that we stop at each each and every spot on the itinerary. Your tour can include any combination of the following:
- Guided tours of interiors which has an entry fee. (If the tour itinerary states an inside visit is scheduled, all entry fees with be included in cost unless otherwise noted.)
- Guides tours of exteriors which has an entry fee.(If the tour itinerary states an exterior visit is scheduled, all entry fees with be included in cost unless otherwise noted.)
- Stops at highlights that does not include a guided tour, rather time to explore and / or photo opportunities.
- Stops at highlights which will have inside or exterior visits available, which will be noted as optional. Optional fees are not included in tour costs.
- Passing various highlights while on the bus / coach which will be pointed out by the guides.
- Free time which will permit time to visit various attractions on your own. If you choose to visit an attraction during free timewhich has an entry fee, it is at your own expense and will not be reimbursed.
What should I wear?
You should always wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Some ports may require knees and shoulders covered in places of Worship. If so this will be indicated in the tour description.
How much physical activity is involved in the tours?
The level of activity varies by tour. Each tour is assigned an activity level. ( currently being updated on the website) Please read tour descriptions where it will note if we are walking distances, cobblestone roads, hills and inclines etc. Kindly choose tours which are suitable for all parties in your group.
What if there are not enough people to fill a tour or a shuttle on a particular day?
Concerning Tours: Most are based on a minimum number required to receive the discounted price from the operators. If a particular tour on a given day does not have enough participants, the operator reserves the right to either cancel the tour, or offer it at a higher price. Should the tour be cancelled or should you not wish to pay a higher price, you will receive a refund for that tour.
Concerning Shuttles: If there are not enough people to fill a coach for shared shuttles, the opeartor reserves the right to have you join another coach, getting you to your same destination. Alternately, if no such coach is available, you can receive a refund for your shuttle booking. You will be advised of this well ahead of your cruise sail date. Private pax vehicles which are booked are confirmed and will not be cancelled unless you request same yourself. Such cancellations would be subject to cancellation policies as mentioned below.

Will you refund my money if I miss my tour because the ship is late or cannot make it into port?
Cancellation and refund policiy is defined in the terms and conditions. Please refer to same on website.
Minimum Numbers:
The prices reflected on this website are based on minumum numbers to receivediscounted prices.if the number of passengers bookedfalls below the minimum required, a surcharge will be imposed on all passengers or the tour could be cancelled.
Are there any age restrictions on tours?
For most tours, there is no minimum age. Guests under the age of 18 years are not permitted to participate without a parent or guardian.
When do I pay?
A minimum 50% deposit is required when you book your tour. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to sail date.
Do we need to take local currency on the tours?
If you are looking to purchase souvenirs, food and beverages it is always worth taking some small change in localcurrency. There is a document in the facebook group concerning currencies.
Are there plenty of public conveniences (rest rooms) along the way?
Guides will make comfort stops along the way when driving, and most other stops have restrooms, based on availability in each port, on each tour.
Can my belongings be left on the bus if we get off?
Guides will indicate if belongings can be left on the buses.
